0.8.9 - Preparations for new characters

New version - new sounds! Anim tree now has states for "sniff" and "sigh". The logic to enter these isn't fully in yet, but I've added a random chance to go into these states where applicable. You should see them occasionally.
Wing animation is going a little crazy right now, need to debug it later.
Coming Soon(TM), several new additions to the character roster, plus the returning Zephyr, re-drawn. Some voices WIP, some ready to be implemented.

thanks for the work, also , just a thing, am i wrong or the Dragon now stays too much in the "breathing" animation? Like when she does not want to sneeze so she keeps her snout up in the air
/Edit , nevermind it seems to work just fine
0.8.9.1 - Fix tool disappearing in insertion hitbox. (Forgot to make the area visible!)
