0.8.7 - Hand Reintroduction

Hand is back and functioning as it did in the old Scratch game, while also being the cursor that holds tools! Might be a little too strong right now, could see some adjustments in the future.
I adjusted some of the physics parameters of the tools so the hand can grab them, they may behave slightly differently.

I do remember in previous versions of the game there was mess/spray...(?) Will you be adding that back eventually?
please add a way to pinch the dragon's nose to make it stifle the sneeze, i heard sometimes there's an audio of it, it would be nice to trigger it consistently :))
How do I scratch him inside nose with this hand? Hand alone doesn't seem to scratch him at all, it doesn't go inside the nose.
Hand has negative tickle/burn values, so it's useful for holdbacks, not tickling. Doesn't (currently) reduce trigger count though.
Thanks, I already noticed it soothes the draggy))) Though only its Nose Outer Settings, Inner Settings remain unchanged if I caress the dragon calmingly with hand.
